The BioFlo 510, a product of the Eppendorf industrial fermentor series, is a compact Sterilizable-In-Place (SIP) fermentation system engineered to cater to the needs of research and production. Tailored to function effectively in pilot to small-scale production processes, its modular design provides scientists with the flexibility to configure the system to precisely fit their needs. Boasting a wide variety of standard options, the BioFlo 510 can adapt to most process requirements. It integrates a diverse range of utilities including various Total Mass Flow Controllers (TMFCs) for gas flow, a selection of impellers suitable for various cell lines, sensors for effective process monitoring, multiple validation packages, utility regulator and pre-filter kits, and additional options such as sprayballs for clean-in-place of vessel and mobile table.
